It is true that the country, community, society, and cities may not survive without the existence of truckers’ operators who move every second every minute and every hour to serve by delivering their services through timely operations of distributing the goods, products on time much to the satisfaction of their customers. This is much appreciated by the satisfied customers who avail their services. Through the good laid highways of USA for transporting these goods and services have paved a way for their business returns, but the mindset is that partying some money towards upbringing and plans to modify these road lines as budget planning from federal government through the tax form 2290 of IRS should not be ignored even for a minute or an hour.

IRS is here to wait for the reporting period which is always structured and as per the norms. For the existing truckers who operate a heavy motor vehicle on a highway should report to IRS for tax payable in the following month end. If the month happens to be August 2014 then should report in the coming month end which will be before 30th September which will always hold for any individual and any new user entry prevuing and be entering trucking as their business service. For any first use of any commercial heavy vehicle need to be figured and reported to IRS and this is the law. Of course, a law cannot be formulated and imposed or be changed for the benefit of a single entity and it should be universal. When truckers know of their paying heavy vehicles with the required quantities of the products and goods for transporting for the needs of their consumers on time through USA national highways should also know that equally they have to comply and satisfy the needs of Tax Form 2290 as imposed by IRS through federal agreement to e-file their 2290 tax returns on time and this holds true for both new and existing truck business operators irrespective of whether they operate few or fleet of heavy vehicles.

After all the tax paid is going for the repair and safety of the highways and bridges. The tax law is therefore structured is for mutual and multiple benefits and many would thank truckers’ community for a safe journey on the roadways of USA. Please file your first use in July 2014 of your commercial motor heavy vehicle on USA highway by August 31st 2014 through a certified IRS tax partner, this is the compatible rule, and including every trucker’s operator doing annually should file tax returns for Form 2290 through IRS certified tax partner and service provider Etax2290.com which is June 30th 2015.

NOTE: Due to Labor Day weekend, IRS e-filing servers will be down for maintenance from 8/30/2014  to 09/01/2014. Any submission made during this period will only be processed and accepted by the IRS on 09/02/2014. So e-file now and avoid any delays.
